These kids were so cute and funny

I’m running behind these days, thanks to an overloaded shooting schedule, getting ready for school and trying to spend as much summer fun time with my Sofia before she starts first grade.  It’s been such a great summer and I have loads and loads of pictures to share, I just need more time to finish my actual work so I can get to them! Sof started school yesterday so hopefully my family will get on a better schedule now and things can all go back to normal.

Here’s a sweet little sneak peek of a baby girl who melted my heart as soon as she came in the door for her {Summer of Love} mini session – It was so wonderful to meet you & I hope your mommy loves the pics!

First of all – HUGE thank you to my families who made the trip to downtown McKinney today for the ArtWalk! And another big thank you to all of the new people who I met today who stopped into the mezzanine at Mama Emilia’s to check out my work and register for my little giveaway

Did I say little? Ha… This evening Sofia and I had way too much fun drawing names of winners. She was very serious about it all and took lots of time swishing her little hand around in the bag before pulling out the winning papers. We did the big prizes first, the free Mini Sessions, then the $100 Gift Certificates, and since Sof was loving it so much we added a few more fun little items to the prize list

Sigh… I miss this age so much. So sweet and cuddly This little girl had the most amazing light in her eyes – and I love when  I have the opportunity to photograph that – I hope you love your pics & I will have your gallery ready soon

Ok, I think out of all of my gorgeous families I finally met a baby with the looooongest lashes in the world!  I am such a sucker for dimples too  

Another sweet brother and sister came up to my studio for my {windows to the soul} special mini session event last weekend – both kids are so beautiful!

It’s been a crazy week with the family getting sick, then I caught what they had plus some… I really appreciate my families being so patient as I finish their sneak peeks and galleries a couple of days behind when I promised them.  And I hope you agree they are worth the wait! We got so many amazing pics – easy to do with such beautiful children both with AMAZING eyes!

And this last one cracks me up!

I am the luckiest.  Plain and simple.  I mean, I know that all babies are beautiful, but c’mon – MY baby planner families just blow gorgeous out of the water

This sweet baby girl is just a week old and a tiny little peanut at only 6 pounds.  I am so looking forward to seeing her grow and bloom.  And did I mention how cool her parents and big sister are?  Love everything about them

I love love love this family – from the very first session with them back in 2005(!!) when these bubbly twins were just 1 year old! We had a lot of fun with their {windows to the soul} mini session, and I’m so excited that it wasn’t all the same gorgeous faces, bright-eyed & smiling (don’t worry mom – we got those too!), but that the kids let loose and showed off their fantastic funny personalities for the camera too!

Love it!
