A four-legged little fuzzball named Belle

She is so cute and has a funny little personality.  Sofia is infatuated and has trouble putting her down. Our resident dog is Ella (spanish word for “she” or “her”) is very well behaved, and has proven herself to be the absolute perfect dog to have with children & babies.  So far she’s doing great with the new puppy too.  I need to get a pic of them together. Ella isn’t a large dog – medium at best – but towers over Belle because she is SOOOO TINY!  Here’s a couple of pics from the other evening..

I am so in love with my newest baby plan – the baby is absolutely gorgeous & perfect and I clicked with the mom immediately! We even got the family pet in some of the pictures! I can’t wait to see how this sweet little family grows over the next year. Thanks for choosing me! Enjoy your pictures

This awesome little hat didn’t arrive in the mail in time for the original session, so we had to head back into the studio a few days after, and it was SO worth it!

Started Kindergarden today! I know, crazy…

She is so ready too – everyday saying, “Mommy I’m bored!” and asking, “What friends can I play with today?”.  We live just down he street from the elementary school, so we will walk when we can. This morning was an exciting RUN to the school with our neighbors and cousin CJ.

I am loving this baby boom we are experiencing – not only for business, but it’s also good for my heart and soul to see these sweet babies born to such loving parents.  There is nothing like it in the world, and each session reminds me  of the first time I held my babies and looked into their eyes.  Pure love…

I love newborn sessions! Just email me at jonnyebowerphoto@mac.com if you are expecting and let me know when you are due.  Newborn sessions are best when done as soon as possible to the time you bring your new baby home from the hospital (to get the amazing curly womb-like pics), and definitely within the first 2 weeks for swaddled and sleeping pics.  My newborn sessions are available either as a Full Session or in my Year to Remember package.  Custom birth announcements are also available.

As booked solid as I become, I will always make time for newborns.  It is truly amazing to capture these first days on a child’s life in pictures.  I hear over and over again how parents regret not having professional portraits done of their children as newborns.  I would love to help you remember this fleeting time with tack sharp detail and images that are both emotional and beautiful.  True works of art to love forever, just like the new life you have created.

I am officially swamped.  Almost officially drowning.  With my own family and work (which has again proved to be too much for just one person) – It’s a good problem to have and I am not complaining. I love all of my families and every one of my sessions and I am determined to give every one the attention they deserve whether it’s at the shoot, in retouching the images, and finishing the images and disks.  So please bear with me – I will have your pics to your very soon!

This particular sneak peek is a couple of days late from when I promised it – but I hope you agree it’s worth the wait!

This sweet girl was so fun to photograph! And we got tons of images both inside the studio and outside around the square.  Talk about variety!  I know I went crazy posting again, but I just couldn’t help but share them! Enjoy

I am totally  loving the new studio – the light, the comfort, the control…

But let’s talk about the historic downtown square just outside my studio.  One hundred and fifty years old, with countless spots to get fantastic variety during a session.  There’s the colorful alleys, fences, and barns.  The historic homes and museums with lovely courtyards and spacious porches.  And just across the street, a little park with big trees that gets some really yummy late afternoon light.  Want to try something new and fun?  How about a yummy messy drippy ice cream to finish the session with a sugar rush and a smile

Just a few pics from our trip… Sofia had a blast and got to meet all of her favorite princesses. We had our hands full and ended up only bringing the point & shoot camera around the parks with us. We loved Magic Kingdom the best. Sofia wants to move to Florida now so she can work at Disney World! Hopefully we will be able to go back when Alina is bigger – it really is sooo magical
