I am now a good Texas mom. Probably not going to win that mother of the year award just yet, but at least I’m making the effort to start traditions. This is the first of many bluebonnet pictures that will signify spring for our family for years to come. My husband’s wonderful folks live out on Lake Whitney at the beautiful White Bluff.  It is SO  gorgeous out there!  If anyone wants to take a little trip for their session, this would be a fun one.  We might even get to do a few pics in their ultra cool modern home too  

Yay! Another sweet baby is born, and another Year to Remember plan begins! And she was so excited about it, that she refused to sleep! I was able to get just a few snoozing squishy cheeked pics before she was wide awake again. Somehow she knew that she was missing out on some fun

AKA Thank Goodness Spring is Here Session!! 

I couldn’t ask for better little girls to get to photograph – they are so sweet and so full of personality. I can’t believe the first time I photographed the big sister, she was only 7 or 8 months old… wow, does time fly, or what?! I went a little crazy with the # of pics in this blog post, but really, can you blame me??

This sweet girl is the baby of some dear friends of mine, and I have been lucky enough to photograph her since she was a newborn.

My girl Sofia turned 5 this week and boy did we celebrate! Pony party, sushi dinner, trip to the zoo… we had such a blast

I love you so much monkey, and I hope you stay 5 for as long as you can!

I photographed this sweet family back in July and it was so fun to see them again! We had a gorgeous afternoon at the Arboretum for this sweet girl’s 1 year pics – Enjoy!

I tell you, December 22nd must have been a magical day for having baby girls, because this is the 4th beauty I’ve photographed with that birthday (the first was my Alina)! I have known this family for a few years now, and the kiddos are almost exactly the same age difference as my babies too.  Sofia was in this big brother’s toddler room at daycare! It’s so much fun to watch them grow and change
